- Lead and develop the Legal Innovation Partner team, setting performance expectations, career development frameworks, and a culture of client-first excellence
- Collaborate with the VP of Customer Success, Sales, and Revenue Operations to forecast and manage the renewal pipeline, identify expansion opportunities, and escalate at-risk accounts proactively
- Partner with Legal Solutions Directors and the broader Customer Success organization to ensure seamless coordination across client-facing functions
- Hire, coach, and retain top Legal Innovation Partner talent, with a specific focus on building a team that can command credibility in conversations with law firm management committees and C-suite legal technology leaders
- 12+ years of experience in legal technology, legal operations, enterprise customer success, or a combination thereof - with at least 4 years in a leadership role
- Deep understanding of law firm operations, legal department workflows, and the current state of AI adoption in the legal industry - you can have a peer-level conversation with a firm's Managing Partner, CIO, or Chief Inn
