- Manage stakeholder engagement with internal teams, external partners, and project leads to ensure alignment on legal risk and commercial objectives.
- Ensure compliance oversight across regulatory, contractual and corporate governance requirements relevant to the energy and infrastructure sectors.
- Support dispute resolution by identifying risks early, preparing documentation, and coordinating with external counsel where required.
- Construction or energy law expertise with demonstrated experience drafting, reviewing and negotiating complex commercial, procurement or project agreements.
- Stakeholder advisory experience providing clear, practical legal guidance to business teams, project managers and senior leadership.
- Matter and workflow management capability including the ability to prioritise competing deadlines and manage multiple active matters efficiently.
