- Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of deep sales experience with a focus on health benefits (medical, ancillary, vendor) via brokers, consultants, and insurers
- 5+ years selling into hospitals / health systems strongly preferred, with an understanding of how health systems buy for their own employees: HR and benefits under margin pressure, the domestic-utilization agenda, and sy
