Yang perlu kamu tahu
- Own the CEO’s calendar management, prioritization, and day-to-day operating rhythm.
- Manage inbox triage and communications by monitoring emails, drafting responses, and keeping communication flowing across internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare briefings, agendas, decks, notes, and follow-up materials so the CEO is ready for every meeting.
- Have experience supporting a CEO, founder, or senior executive in a startup or scale-up environment.
- Are based in an APJ / APAC timezone and can provide strong coverage for a globally distributed leadership team.
- Bring strong judgment around prioritization, confidentiality, stakeholder management, and executive communication.
