Yang perlu kamu tahu
- Quickly profile and identify high-potential target clients, maintain a structured lead pipeline and follow-up rhythm.
- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients; conduct regular reviews to understand their trading needs, capital scale and product preferences.
- Take full responsibility for key KPIs of your client portfolio, including asset under management, trading volume and revenue contribution, and achieve monthly/quarterly performance targets.
- Develop an in-depth understanding of major product lines on leading trading platforms (e.g. spot, perpetuals, options, Earn/wealth management, structured products, etc.) and provide professional comparison and recommenda
- At least 2 years of work experience in the Web3 industry , with hands-on usage or service experience related to major exchanges, wallets, custody solutions, DeFi products, etc.
- Able to quickly identify and qualify target clients , with strong communication, negotiation and relationship-building skills. Experience in managing high-potential client relationships, client service or account operati
