Yang perlu kamu tahu
- Lead performance marketing channels, including but not limited to Search, Shopping, YouTube, and TikTok while collaborating cross-functionally on Meta, Affiliate, lifecycle, and influencers.
- Build new growth and automation systems using AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Cursor, n8n, and similar) to eliminate manual work and increase marketing efficiency
- Analyze campaign performance, evaluate and interpret key performance indicators (KPIs), and work closely with the performance and data team to consolidate learnings and continuously optimize campaigns for greater efficie
- Prepare accurate reports with clearly synthesized insights and actionable next steps
- 3+ years of experience with at least two of Google, YouTube, Meta, and TikTok Ads with proven success working on campaigns for direct-to-consumer brands, with budgets above $1M per year
- Analytical mindset with creative intuition. Equally fluent in metrics and emotion
