- Process and solve tickets and escalations in Zendesk/e-mail
- Maintain the operations process documents and be able to find automation possibilities to streamline process
- Obsessed to provide an excellent customer service experience
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills to interact internally and externally at all levels
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multi-task effectively across various tech tools
