Yang perlu kamu tahu
- Handle competition and consumer-related litigation and disputes between competitors, suppliers and consumers, including pursuing negotiated and strategic outcomes outside formal court processes.
- Counsel clients on transaction structures, marketing and advertising strategies, product recalls and the design and implementation of internal compliance frameworks.
- 2-6 years of post-qualification experience (PQE) in a reputable private practice environment.
- Strong academic credentials and a demonstrated commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to work effectively under pressure and to tight deadlines.
- A collaborative working style, coupled with the confidence to operate independently when required
